Thank you for purchasing from ANYWAYZZ.
Because our products are digital downloads delivered electronically, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, we understand that technical issues can happen. If you experience a problem with your download or receive the wrong digital product, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Download Issues
If you experience problems accessing or downloading your journal, please contact us at matthemammoth@proton.me.
Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for additional information to help resolve the problem.
Wrong or Defective Digital Product
If you receive the wrong product or the digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the issue is confirmed, we may provide you with a replacement file or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, purchased the wrong product before accessing the file, or experienced another issue with your order, please contact us at matthemammoth@proton.me and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
